How it works
Dates feed onto a belt that spreads them into a single layer. Surround cameras capture every side of each fruit, and the AI reads colour, size, skin condition — attached, cracked, wrinkled — and apparent moisture. A precise air jet then diverts each date to its outlet: several quality grades, plus a separate reject for foreign matter, so palm leaves, stones and plastic leave the line before packing — alongside an additional return lane dedicated to rutab.
