Syrup and honey filling machine with multiple nozzles and a heated hopper

Fill syrup and honey to the gram — no drips, no giveaway

Positive displacement gives you the same dose however the product's body shifts between the first container and the last, and the cut-off nozzle leaves the container clean.

What this machine gives you

Less waste from a steady dose

Date syrup changes body with temperature. Volumetric dosing on a servo drive holds the same weight regardless, so you stop giving product away.

A container that sells itself

The anti-drip cut-off nozzle finishes the fill with no trailing thread and nothing down the side of the pack.

Output that grows with you

Start with one head and add heads later on the same platform, rather than buying a second machine.

How it works

The principle is positive displacement: a piston draws an exact volume and pushes it into the container — the industry standard above roughly 10,000 centipoise — or a gear pump delivers a continuous flow. A servo drive holds accuracy as the product's body changes, while a heated hopper or jacket keeps it pumpable instead of stiffening in the cold.

What you can configure

We build it around your factory — not a fixed model you take as it comes.

  • Pumping method: piston for the thickest products, or gear pump for continuous flow.
  • Dose setting: servo dosing set from the screen, with no mechanical parts to swap.
  • Hopper: heated hopper with agitator, 20–200 litres, to keep the product pumpable.
  • Nozzles: from a single nozzle up to multiple heads, sized to the output you need.
  • Automation level: semi-automatic or fully automatic with a capping unit.
  • Extras: anti-drip cut-off nozzle, CIP, and a slow-fast-slow fill profile that stops foaming.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need heating for date syrup?
If your syrup stiffens when cold, yes — a heated hopper keeps it pumpable and keeps the dose steady.
How often do the seals need changing?
Typically every 6–12 months depending on running hours and product, and we supply the seals locally.
Piston or gear pump?
Piston is the choice for high-viscosity products and precise dosing. A gear pump suits continuous flow on a lighter product.
Will it work on our factory's power?
We review your site specification and confirm 380V / 60Hz compatibility before you order.

What is your product's viscosity and pack size?

Send us the product and container sizes, and we will recommend the pumping method and head count.
